Certificate course in Food Production and Food & Beverage Service
Eligibility : 10th or Matriculation
Duration : ( 11 months theory and practical, classroom training ) 4 months industrial training + 3 months job training .
( Students has to undergo 11 months class room training consist of theory & practical followed by 4 months industrial training. After completion of industrial training, students will be sent to job training for 3 months . After completion of above training the student will come back to the institution and sit in the final campus and get the placement.)
Coverage: The training is imparted in Food Production, F&B Service & Hygiene area. Students are also taught Computer, Communication and a foreign language.
