Food Production Lab:
Food production labs are one of the most important components of hospitality training. This includes Basic Training Kitchen, Advance & Quality training kitchen and a Proposed Bakery. The Institute have well equipped kitchen having all modern amenities to produce delicious food items from world’s finest cuisines. Students get privileges to know the recipe and method of preparation individually with raw materials procured from cosmopolitan cities.
Front Office Lab:
The Institute have a beautiful spacious Lobby with reception counter to greet their guests and make them comfortable waiting in Lobby the students get privilege to do their activities in connected to Front Office subjects utilizing the Lobby, Computer, EPABX, Bell Desk, Travel Desk etc. provided by the Institute. Moreover the system of reservation, check-out final bills, operated computerized having a modified software system loaded followed in any star category hotels. Besides the above facilities, the Institute has provided a huge open space at the front with gardening facilities, playing games, parking of vehicles etc. inside the premises surrounded with close walls with a massive entrance gate which is guarded by 24 hours security service.
F&B Service Lab:
The The school houses a fully equipped training restaurant & cocktail bar having adequate seating capacity to take care of the practical restaurant operations of Food & Beverage Services. This cosy restaurant cum Bar is situated attached to the production lab. Where students learn Live Service of food & beverage to the Guests that are produced from the Food Production Lab.
House Keeping Lab:
The Institute have specially designed a double bedded living room with attached toilet, decorated as per a star Hotel standard. Students get the concept of room available in a star Hotel and practice their House Keeping practical using modern equipments available in the Institute. This helps them in learning how to keep clean and hygienic conditions of every corner of the premises.
Computer Lab:
The school has a well equipped computer lab to take care of IT skill development requirements of the students. In addition, internet facility has also been provided to the faculty and students for academic purpose.
The computer centers of the Institute equip students with necessary skills to be employed in an information intensive work environment.
The faculty members, students and staff are provided with a networked node to access data. It is equipped with generic software like SPSS, Macromedia Flash, MS-Office, Tally and also industry specific software, like Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo to name a few.
